I’ve had a few experiences with Back Shop Auto over the past 2 years and every single time, they are honest, don’t try to upsell me or tell me I need other things done. As a young woman this is so important and appreciated. Alex, the service manager is amazing and so friendly. They are constantly busy but will always do their best to get you in quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

My Mom has used them for years and I will drive an hour to see them as well as the man on the phone was super friendly and helpful and did not treat me like a girl on the phone
