They are a great shop I don’t take my vehicles anywhere else. They saved me about $350 on some work I just had done. Very customer oriented and they do top notch work. Thank you.

Garbage experience.😂🤦‍♂️ I wouldn’t take my car here again, even if they paid me to. The owner Alex needs to learn some more customer service, before stepping anywhere close to any type of business. Barely did half of the services that I asked to be done, and gave me my car back, knowing the brake lights do not work. Which is illegal. Don’t let the fake 5 star reviews of this place fool you, take your car elsewhere and save yourself the headache. Edit: Whoever types these replies, why are you so butt hurt about honest 1 star reviews for bad service? And why is your response to any criticism “I have no history of you.”, when you clearly do.😂 You gonna tell me you didn’t just work on a 1997 Ford mustang gt, that Alex told me to take there? Only to be told by Travis at the front desk that you guys don’t do work on cars older than 20 years? Oh I guess I must have the correct shop buddy.😂 You try too hard to look good for the internet. When in reality it looks worse when a business can’t take criticism for horrible customer service. And just because my girlfriend and I reviewed a dentist that is GREAT at what they do, and DESERVED a 5 star review, doesn’t mean anything. It’s called a review for a reason. If you got that much time to look into both of our accounts, and see what other reviews we have made, then you definitely had time to do my car correctly like I asked, and paid to be done.😂🤦‍♂️ But like I said, you gave me my car back with no working brake lights? That’s illegal practice my dude.😂 You will never get any type of business from myself or anyone I know, ever again.

We've been looking for a mechanic closer to home and were referred to Back Shop Auto. I'm glad we gave them a try. Travis and the team really took great care of our Terrain. We'll be using their shop from now on.

These guys are always my go to! The service is always very quick and thorough, with both oil service and repairs. Travis and Alex are great to explain everything that's going on with a vehicle and never feel like I'm getting overcharged! HIGHLY recommend!!

These guys are legit! Super friendly and as I found out through my own experience, HONEST! Burt Brothers told me that I needed completely new rear brakes at a cost of $600.00. Luckily it was near closing time and they would not have time to do the work. I wasn't feeling too confident with my experience with them so I took it to Back Shop for an estimate. A mere 10 minutes in the waiting room and the technician called me out to the shop. He turned on his flashlight as he proceeded to show me that the brakes were in very good condition and certainly did not replacement. This honest shop saved me a lot of money. They certainly gained my trust and future business.

Got my car diagnosed, fixed and on the road quickly! They went above and beyond! Prices were fair and I felt completely at ease. I was recommended this shop from a good friend and I now know why. It’s not close to me, but worth the drive for good honest service. I have nothing but good things to say. I won’t ever go anywhere else. Highly recommend! 10/10!

Took my daughter’s car in for a new map sensor. We already had the new sensor and just needed it replaced. They helped us right away and it took maybe five minutes. Didn’t even charge us for the labor. Said he’d feel guilty because it was so quick. Wow! We were blown away at that kindness and service. We will definitely come back next time we need repairs to hopefully give them some actual business. Such a nice person.
