This place is amazing!!! I was out looking for a truck with my son and the tuck we were looking at had a couple of things that we had questions about. We found these guys on the internet and took the truck over to them. We were lucky enough to have Greg help us. He treated us like family! He went on a test drive with us, put the truck on the rack and diagnosed a few things for us. He educated my son along the way. It was a great experience!!! I talked to people in the waiting room and they had nothing to say but good things about these guys. Thanks again Greg!!!

Excellent Service! Brought our car in after hearing a loud wop wop noise and clicking in the back wheels. 1. Checked over and gave price before fixing. 2. Got us in the next day to fix both back wheel bearings. One was so bad they recommended not driving on it as little as possible. 3. Very reasonable price for both wheel bearings. 4 An extra bonus. Staff was very friendly and never treated me like an idiot for being a woman which I get a lot from mechanics. (Had taken car into another shop when the drive was very loud thinking wheel bearing. Was told it was fine. Drove to California and back with it and a few days later the awful clicking started. Thank goodness it made it back home before getting that bad)

I had the most worst client experience. I do Not recommend anyone coming to this place. I used to bring my vehicles here all the time. Not anymore. Not sure what's happening.

The people here are so friendly and knowledgeable, the the service is fast and efficient. I bet my spouse that I could get my emissions done in 15 minutes. I won. Highly recommended!

They are a great shop I don’t take my vehicles anywhere else. They saved me about $350 on some work I just had done. Very customer oriented and they do top notch work. Thank you.

Garbage experience.😂🤦‍♂️ I wouldn’t take my car here again, even if they paid me to. The owner Alex needs to learn some more customer service, before stepping anywhere close to any type of business. Barely did half of the services that I asked to be done, and gave me my car back, knowing the brake lights do not work. Which is illegal. Don’t let the fake 5 star reviews of this place fool you, take your car elsewhere and save yourself the headache. Edit: Whoever types these replies, why are you so butt hurt about honest 1 star reviews for bad service? And why is your response to any criticism “I have no history of you.”, when you clearly do.😂 You gonna tell me you didn’t just work on a 1997 Ford mustang gt, that Alex told me to take there? Only to be told by Travis at the front desk that you guys don’t do work on cars older than 20 years? Oh I guess I must have the correct shop buddy.😂 You try too hard to look good for the internet. When in reality it looks worse when a business can’t take criticism for horrible customer service. And just because my girlfriend and I reviewed a dentist that is GREAT at what they do, and DESERVED a 5 star review, doesn’t mean anything. It’s called a review for a reason. If you got that much time to look into both of our accounts, and see what other reviews we have made, then you definitely had time to do my car correctly like I asked, and paid to be done.😂🤦‍♂️ But like I said, you gave me my car back with no working brake lights? That’s illegal practice my dude.😂 You will never get any type of business from myself or anyone I know, ever again.

We've been looking for a mechanic closer to home and were referred to Back Shop Auto. I'm glad we gave them a try. Travis and the team really took great care of our Terrain. We'll be using their shop from now on.

These guys are always my go to! The service is always very quick and thorough, with both oil service and repairs. Travis and Alex are great to explain everything that's going on with a vehicle and never feel like I'm getting overcharged! HIGHLY recommend!!
