Our Family has been coming here for repairs for 20 years now. Great people, good customer service. Greg, Alex, Will, Travis is great to deal with. They make you feel like family. Just got my car back today and Travis & Will showed me what needed to be done. It's good to see mechanics actually show you in the shop what the problem is. I'd rather take my vehicles here than take it to the dealer. After reading a few post, It's incredible how people like Melyn Severance would complain about something that they should be responsible for and put the blame on others instead. How messed up is that?

I was referred to Back Shop Auto by a good friend and I brought my car in to get my safety and emissions done. Right when I walked in I was greeted and helped with very promptly. I was on a lunch break and Alex made sure I was in and out within 20 minutes and saved me a trip to the DMV. You can tell these guys strive for awesome customer service. I would definitely recommend them and will be coming back to get my brakes changed. Thanks guys!

Been going to Back Shop for about 10 years now after my Dad referred me to them. It's comforting to see familiar faces and to be treated as a friend. I am going back today and thought I'd leave a review, I'm sure my expectations will be met, once again.

Greg was very nice, he even made sure that the quoted price he gave me is what I paid, I told him my budget and they kept it under. Most mechanics don't care about your budget. I will be bringing my truck here from now on. Greg even brought my truck to me when it was done. Very nice and professional place. Thank you!

Unscrupulous, low down, to take advantage of someone the way your treated my friends 98 lesabre with a p0303 misfire code I am sure your mechanic is not that stupid so that would leave me with the conclusion that ya'll intended to replace the twenty dollar sparkplug wires after you made 300 bucks on a fuel pump I am sorry that your business is in such a bad place that you feel you need to lie to your customers in such a criminal manner I was wondering if it was a mistake but there is no longer any doubt you folks are crooks and I felt the need to let you know that I have got figured you snake in the grass!!!!!!!!!!! I hope your business gets in a place to where you ain't feeling the need to rob people like you have tried to do here good day

My husbands family took their vehicles here for years and have had good service f I'm the mechanics. When our car blew the engine we took it there for diagnosing. The mechanics were quick and thorough. Here's where the problem comes in. After diagnosing they parked the car in the lot outside and during the night it was broken into and about $1000 worth of sport equipment was stolen from the trunk. One of the mechanics the next day noticed the trunk ajar and closed it but didn't think anything of it. When we found that the items were missing I called the owner to open a claim on the insurance of the company to get the items replaced as it was in their possession on their property. The owner was an absolute jerk about the whole situation and refused to even look into it. According to him the car just so happened to be parked in the one location the cameras don't see. How convenient. He also said that once the car is in the lot it's considered public property which I know is not true. Needless to say we did not get any compensation to replace the custom created items that were taken from their property under lock and surveillance. My advice is if you need same day service they are great but don't let them keep your vehicle overnight as they take no responsibility for anything that may happen to it.
