West Valley City Castrol Premium Lube Express

I've been going to this shop for the last 6 years and have taken in the last three cars I've owned here. I refer all of my friends and family to go here. Every time I come here they don't try to add extra work if it's not necessary. (Ie. New serpentine belt if your alternator goes bad.) They are always great help and very informative. Their prices are also very reasonable which is also a huge reason why I keep coming back. They can't to some things like alignments and I believe tires and some specialty work. Buts it's well worth everything their shop has to offer.

I always come here. There is know need to go anywhere else. They take care of their customers. High quality work at a reasonable price. They are trustworthy and honest.

Our Family has been coming here for repairs for 20 years now. Great people, good customer service. Greg, Alex, Will, Travis is great to deal with. They make you feel like family. Just got my car back today and Travis & Will showed me what needed to be done. It's good to see mechanics actually show you in the shop what the problem is. I'd rather take my vehicles here than take it to the dealer. After reading a few post, It's incredible how people like Melyn Severance would complain about something that they should be responsible for and put the blame on others instead. How messed up is that?

I was referred to Back Shop Auto by a good friend and I brought my car in to get my safety and emissions done. Right when I walked in I was greeted and helped with very promptly. I was on a lunch break and Alex made sure I was in and out within 20 minutes and saved me a trip to the DMV. You can tell these guys strive for awesome customer service. I would definitely recommend them and will be coming back to get my brakes changed. Thanks guys!

Been going to Back Shop for about 10 years now after my Dad referred me to them. It's comforting to see familiar faces and to be treated as a friend. I am going back today and thought I'd leave a review, I'm sure my expectations will be met, once again.

Greg was very nice, he even made sure that the quoted price he gave me is what I paid, I told him my budget and they kept it under. Most mechanics don't care about your budget. I will be bringing my truck here from now on. Greg even brought my truck to me when it was done. Very nice and professional place. Thank you!

Unscrupulous, low down, to take advantage of someone the way your treated my friends 98 lesabre with a p0303 misfire code I am sure your mechanic is not that stupid so that would leave me with the conclusion that ya'll intended to replace the twenty dollar sparkplug wires after you made 300 bucks on a fuel pump I am sorry that your business is in such a bad place that you feel you need to lie to your customers in such a criminal manner I was wondering if it was a mistake but there is no longer any doubt you folks are crooks and I felt the need to let you know that I have got figured you snake in the grass!!!!!!!!!!! I hope your business gets in a place to where you ain't feeling the need to rob people like you have tried to do here good day
