I took my car here to get fixed, had a problem with my radiator that was leaking, they replaced it, Later in the day I got a call from them and they told me they found another leak, they told me to replace that other part that was leaking coolant wich would cost me a couple hundred more, this of course if I wanted to fix it right away so I asked how much is it leaking? they said just a few drops once in a while so I thought I could drive my car with no problem if it was a minor leak I could deal with it, so I rejected the offer they gave me to fix it, I got my car back and drove home; a couple days later I started noticing my car making a weird noises and lots of steam coming out of the hood and the car was leaking even faster than when my radiator was bad, so I decided to check the car because I know About mechanics and found that there was a little cut on the main hose that connects the radiator to the engine and when I replaced it myself I looked at the cut closer And realized that somebody cut it with a knife and I’m saying this because you could see the cut was perfectly straight and you could see it was made by a knife, so what I’m thinking is they probably cut it so my car was leaking more often and that way I could for sure come back and give them my money, I don’t want to think this way but my hose was cut on purpose and the only place that worked on my car was this place so I won’t come back here!! I don’t like dishonesty!!
Just opened this review a couple of weeks ago and had to find out what this was about since I had not heard of any complaints? Turns out we worked on this car on October 13th when the radiator was blown out at the neck, we could not determine anything else on the cooling system until radiator was replaced and able to pressure test system (basic 101 cooling system procedure). When we finished we recommended that he replace heater tube that was leaking and he declined to repair. and then 2 months later we find out that we cut the hose with a knife(what a precision cut to last 2 months and then come apart) probably what you are talking about is the nice straight mark that an old hose clamp made on a hose over many years. but since you didn't call and talk to anyone about this I do not know??? I will say that this type of character bashing and false accusations are why I as a business owner do love all the great reviews that people give us and we do value our ratings on google but hate that if we do not respond to this verbal attack appear guilty? and we must take our time to respond to a attack on the internet. Our focus on our business has always been to treat people with respect, honesty, integrity and focusing on customer service with a fair price.
