These mechanics don't know what they're doing and they'll lie to your face to get your money. I had them changed my belts as part of regular maintenance but now my car squeals when it starts. New belts shouldn't make noise. I also had them check my spark plugs & ignition coils because my car was misfiring and wouldn spark to start at times. Alex who claimed to be one of the owners insisted it was the crank shaft gear sensor and replaced it with a non Hyundai part. He assured me it would fix my issues and if it didn't he'd refund me. 45 days later, my check engine light is back on and my cylinders are misfiring. I speak with Alex to request my refund per his promise and he tells me "I'll think about it." My car worked better before these idiots touched it. Don't do business here, find a better auto shop, especially if you're a woman.

Been going here for years but sadly looking for another shop. They don’t seem to have a good hold on anything anymore. Last year my son and I both took our cars in for squeaky brakes and were told it was fine and probably just the weather. Took the cars back when it got unbearable and shakey and had to replace everything ($$$). I drop my car off and I’m told I need to make an appt. I call to make an appt and they laugh at me and tell me to just drop my car off. Most recently we dropped my son’s car off Monday night, didn’t get any phone call so we call them Tuesday around noon for an update. We are told there’s a little backup, but they’ll get to it. No problem. Call back at 5:00 because they close at 6 for an update. Greg (the owner) proceeds to yell and degrade. “Didn’t you see how many cars were here?!!!” etc. We were told, again, to make an appt when before they said to just drop it off. What’s the deal? All we would have needed was a call that morning to say, “We’re overloaded—please bring it back another time.” Travis is always a ray of sunshine. So knowledgeable and kind. If I could only work with him, we’d keep coming back. Hoping he opens up his own shop someday…? Until then we’re looking for a more competent and compassionate shop. Every interaction we’ve had with Greg has been unpleasant.

Very back shop-ie

Life was running smoothly but my car wasn't. In fact, it broke down, but I didn't, because worse things can happen. So, what's a girl to do? Go shopping!! Yep, so I arranged for a tow truck to take my car to Back Shop Auto and called my niece to pick me up. They both arrived about the same time. Miguel loaded up my car then headed north to the shop, my niece and I headed to the mall. I was expecting to be without my car for a couple days or more and was pleasantly surprised when the following day I received a call letting me know my car was ready. Wow!! That was fast! A big "Thank you" goes out to Travis and Chad for getting my car fixed quickly. Back Shop Auto is the absolute best!!

I came to this auto shop due to good reviews. I came into the office and told the mechanic that my tires vibrate hard while driving so he could give it a test drive to find out what is broken to cause the wheels vibrating so bad. He said "we only do mechanic work, nothing with the tires". What a lousy stupid response from a mechanic. Or discrimination. Without a second explanation to him, I left to a different auto shop and told the mechanic the same thing. He gave it a test drive and able to tell what is broken.

The one tall guy with long hair is very good looking he helped me the other day, he really puts the work in 😉

Travis and team have never led me wrong. I know I’ll always get honest estimates and work from the guys.
