Being from a small town, one of the most frustrating things about moving to the city is not have a mechanic you can trust and know will give you fair prices. I’m glad I was able to find these guys. They’ve got the down to earth, small-town feel and really do care about you and want to get you the best price. Great quality work and they’re quick too- easy 5 stars.

I'm from out of state, and my car broke down on Sunday. There service was great, They had it ready for me by Monday evening and the problem is fixed correctly. The men at the shop are super friendly and their customers service was amazing. Thank you Back Shop Auto!

I really appreciated the customer service and care that they provided. My car has a few problems and the gentleman helping me treated me with respect and understood my financial situation. He helped me prioritize what to fix now and what to fix when I come back in a couple weeks, since I couldn't afford it all at once. They also do a military discount! While I was shopping for the best price, I called a different mechanic and he literally scoffed at me when I said I got a diagnostic at AutoZone to get an idea of why my check engine light was on. Then when I expressed concern at his quote price, he made me feel disrespected and talked down to me. The only good thing he did was recommended me here.

I am so impressed! I had to take my kids and found them fast, kind and I had a place for me to read to my kids. The books were high quality. I have never had that kind of experience doing car maintenance

I was pleasantly surprised with the service. After I actually called several places - I was scheduled else where later this week. I decided to check around again & found Back Shop. The reviews & hours had me convinced I should just call. Spoke to Travis after our convo I was sold. They said around noon they'd know & we're kinda booked.. Understandable, I expected a day or two maybe. 9:30 AM they called & had the answer, parts ordered & I picked up my car in less than 24 hrs. NEVER have I ever had auto work done or even started like that easy, and honestly stress relieving to say... Oddly? Idk that's how it should be. Maybe it's not always that easy but I am sending my BF here, & told my family & friends and will send them here.

The service was fantastic, they went above and beyond to install my catback exhaust. The price was more than fair as well.
