Well I skipped writing a review the first bad experience but today in calling I just spoke with Alex Tuesday morning about replacing cv axel boots I mentioned I have the parts just need the labor performed he said 450$ and I told him I would call once I have the parts … today called spoke to Sam who informed me they do customers parts … I don’t understand the reason behind this if I’m paying for the service I’m using brand new parts I just purchased … but I guess since there isn’t a mark up on the parts is why they refuse to use my parts. This is why good business go out of business too many people to talk to to answer the same question differently. Just came in and spent 60$ yesterday i was going to drop 450$+ on the next repairs but I guess not the case … you guys should all train the same if no is the answer just say that
