Not only are they overpriced but they said they checked my fluids. If they had actually checked my fluids they would have seen my transmission fluid was burnt and that's why my car was shifting so roughly. Now it's too late for it. Thanks for nothing guys.
I am sorry you have transmission problems and I am also concerned that you felt we didn't check all your fluids we have a good system of double checks and try very hard to do a good job at a fair price. I also know that if you don't change your fluids at recommended intervals that the parts wear out much quicker. That being said if I am the shop that you have been coming to for the last 40,000 or 50,000 miles and never talked about your transmission than I would have failed you.... If that is the case then come in and lets figure it out. I would love to help
