Very frustrated, brought in my car Saturday and was greeted nicely and they looked at my car and said to call back in Monday morning to set up an appointment for this Tuesday. So I call this Morning and they tell me we can't look at your car until Friday. You tell me you can fix it Tuesday and I call in Monday to schedule that appointment and it gets pushed to Friday. That is a big gap from Tuesday. Why didn't they book my appointment on Saturday while i was there. That is poor customer service. Please address this so someone doesn't get overlooked like myself in the future. I was going to give you my business and have them fix my car. But looks like you can't seem to figure out when it can get done. I understand if you're busy, but don't promise me something to get done on Tuesday and push it off to the end of the week because of lack of communication on your end. Be straight upfront. I would have understood that you were booked until Friday. But now I found a place that has officially scheduled me and I can get my car done on Tuesday. Your guys were nice and super helpful but these are the things that drive people away.
David we are sorry for the miscommunication but you were told to call on Monday to see if there were any cancellations on Tuesday so that we could try and fit you in. Although we should have set you up an appointment for our first opening on Friday and called you if we could do it sooner! I apologize and have talked to the whole crew about appointments and the scheduling of those. I hope you give us another chance to not only start right but to finish right as well!
