I am so thankful for Back Shop Auto. They helped me get my car in quickly and were so kind and considerate with any silly questions I had. They answered every single one of my anxious calls and gave me the reassuring answers I needed. I’m also amazed how quickly they were able to fix my car up! When I came in to pick up my car they explained everything perfectly to me I really do appreciate shops like this. Really great staff all around, I will definitely continue taking my ugly Betty here, she’s get treated well like the queen she is!

They are so helpful, I have been to a few places and I haven’t felt they were to trustworthy. Back shop auto has have been servicing my car for a few years now and can trust what they tell me. I like that they have the ability to retain employees as well .

This place was fast and friendly. I came in for an emissions test and was in and out in 20 min. The staff was extremely friendly!
